No. We provide only pure vegetarian food and Jain food to our clients. So, your food will never come in contact with any non-veg items, from the time it is cooked till the time it is being served to you at your seat.

At this time, we serve only pure vegetarian meals and Jain food.

At present, our services are available on most Indian trains and railway stations. Very soon, we will be offering more options, including pickup from an MFC outlet, as well as delivery at your home or workplace.

We currently offer a wide range of options in vegetarian and Jain food, and we continuously strive to partner with additional quality restaurants to offer you even more food options. You can order north-Indian food, south-Indian food, Maharashtrian food, tiffins, thalis, special meals etc. from MFC outlets, depending on the menu options available.

Booking online offers you more choices and lets you add special instructions. While using our online booking service to get meals delivered to your train seat, you can see all the MFC outlets available on your train route; view the entire food menu; and add special instructions if any. Moreover, online booking is open 24x7, and allows you to book your meals anytime.

Sorry, an order once booked cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because we immediately communicate your order to the restaurant to ensure timely delivery of food at your train seat. The only exception is when you place an order via phone, and wish to make changes within 3 minutes of placing the order. This is applicable only for order changes, and not for order cancellation.

Yes, you can book your meals in advance. This can be done either through our online form or phone booking service.

Yes, you can book your vegetarian or Jain meals even after boarding the train, provided there is sufficient time between your order and delivery time. Please try and book your meals at least 3-4 hours in advance.

You can pay online using online banking facility or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments using credit card/debit card now available.

If you have reached the order confirmation page, then your order is already placed. If you lose internet connectivity at any step before order confirmation, you can retry when internet is available again. Alternatively, you may call up our phone booking number to place an order.

Accurate contact details are necessary for timely delivery. They are also needed for requesting and receiving feedback, and informing you about our special offers. Your contact details will never be shared with anyone outside our network.

PNR number is a simple, error-free way to get correct information about your journey, and offer you efficient services. Your PNR number allows us to get your train number, journey date, coach and seat numbers accurately, and helps us validate your order.

There are no extra or hidden charges. If you are booking online, you only pay the total charges that are shown to you on the booking page. If you are booking your meals on phone, the total cost will be informed by our phone-booking executive.

As MFC outlets are reputed local restaurants, you are sure to get an interesting range of local cuisine as well as food of your choice when you order through us.

To customize your food in terms of spice levels etc. you can add special instructions while booking your order online.
