Our aim is to provide and make available standard food by making platform between veg food providers and consumers. We select standard food providers at various places and allow the choice to the consumers to select such outlets, by saving time and placing orders in advance. Even on the way of traveling or on route anywhere, one can have standard veg food. So this tie up and link give opportunity to both providers and consumers to share standard food via Mera Food Choice.

1. "Agreement" is a reference to the instructions for the Privacy Policy, food catering mode and payment pronouncement provided to you. Policy, any order form and payment instructions provided to you;

2.  "Privacy Policy" states our policy by which we collect and store your personal data.

3.  "you", "your" and "yours" are references to you (the person accessing this Website and ordering any Goods or Services from us via Website or any other channel provided by us).

4.  "we", "us", "our", and "merafoodchoice"(MFC) are references to the Company..

5.  "Goods" is a reference to the food parcel services which we may offer for sale from our Website from time to time..

6.  "Service" or "Services" is a reference to any facility which we may supply and which you may request via our Website.

7. "Participating Restaurant" is a third party or vendor, which has agreed to co-operate with the Company to prepare and/or deliver the Goods or Services.

8. "Food catering mode" is a reference to perishable goods and any form of food delivery service, which both are provided by our Participating Restaurants take full responsibility for our regular and the bulk orders.

9. "Website" is a reference to our Website http://www.merafoodchoice.com or our mobile application on which we offer our Goods or Services.

10. "Bulk Order" is the order in which a group of more than 15 persons are included.

1.  Any contract for the supply of Food Delivery from this Website is between you and the Participating Restaurant. For the supply of Goods or Services from this Website any contact is between you and MFC only. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and justification of the details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own with sufficient funds to make the payment.

2.  We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in case of negligence by you or if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data , we cannot be held liable for any loss which you may suffer.

3.  Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity and acceptance by us and the Participating Restaurant. When you place your order online, we will send you SMS or email or call you to confirm that we have received it. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that either we or the Participating Restaurant will be able to fill your order. We will check availability and delivery capacity and only after that your order is confirmed.

4.  If the ordered Food Delivery and delivery capacity is available, the Participating Restaurant will accept the contract and confirm it to MFC. If the details of the order are correct, the contract for the Food Catering, Goods or Services will be confirmed by text message (SMS).

5.  The confirmation message will specify delivery details including the approximate delivery time specified by our system and confirm the amount of the Food Delivery, Goods and Services ordered.

6.  If the Food Delivery and/or Goods are not available or if there is no delivery capacity, we will also let you know by text message (SMS) or phone call.

7. Customer Can Order Only Veg Food Via Mera Food Choice.

8. Order is to be generally placed minimum 1 hour before the stipulated schedule for the order below Rs.1000/- would be accepted in such cases. For orders above Rs. 3000/- must be placed at-least 1 day before with advance amount (75% of total order amount) with prior discussion with us.

1. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.

2. All prices listed on the Website are correct received by our trusted Vendors. We give great care to keep the rates up to date whereas, we reserve the right to change the final amount as per the ordered Goods or Services by you. The final price charged to you at the time of delivery will be prior informed to you by our customer care based on the latest menu and prices of the restaurant.

3.  The prices listed on the Website are by the participating restaurants for the required food delivery. In case, the price listed is not updated on the Website while placing the order, we will put our best efforts to inform you about the price difference and you are then independent to take decision for food parcel service as per your convenience.

4.  We reserve the complete right to alter the price of breakfast/lunch/dinner in train or services offered by us displayed on the Website.

5.  The total amount for ordered food on train, including delivery charges are displayed upon the Website which will help you while placing your order. Full payment has to be made Cash On Delivery (COD) or online payment for regular orders by our Website through credit card / debit card / netbanking.

6.  Even if you have paid online. Till the payment is reflected in the said account ,your order would not be confirmed from mera food choice team .In case you also have option to pay via online banking .Payment gateway for the same please call mera food choice call center.

7. If you failed to receive food on train seat by any reason in such a case, you are chargeable for the 100% ordered amount.

8. Payment procedure for the Bulk Order (Group of more than 15 peoples)

8.1 If the order delivery date is within 15 days from the date of order confirmation, 75% of total order amount should be paid in advance & remaining 25% amount have to be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD).

8.2 If the order delivery date is more than 15 days ahead from the date of order confirmation, 75% of the order value should be paid in advance and the balance 25% amount must paid 5 days before the order delivery date.

8.3 If the bulk order is to be delivered at various stations within the same route then remaining 25% amount must be paid before the last order delivery.

8.4 If the order delivery date is 15 days ahead from the quotation, the rates for the same may vary in the range of maximum 20% subjected to market conditions.

1. The quoted delivery period is tentative and may vary due to any uncertain problem arrived. You must be present at the same seat no. & coach no. provided by you at the time of ordering.

2. We pay great care from the food hygiene to the packaging and delivery of food, but no responsibility will be taken by us, if you found unavailable at your seat or any unfortunate reason (e.g. late departure of trains due to Natural Calamities) occurred at the time of delivery.

3. If the food parcel is not delivered at your specified railway junction in time, then immediately contact us by call/SMS/email or message on whatsapp and we will try our best way to serve you at the nearest possible railway junction.

4.  All risk in the Goods and the Food Delivery shall pass to you upon delivery.

5.  If you fail to accept delivery of Food, then such risks and responsibilities in relation to such goods shall pass on to you.

6.  You must ensure your train berth position at the time of delivery of Food.

7. We & Our vendors are not supposed to be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses arising out of missed delivery.

8.  Please note that it might not be possible for our vendors to deliver food in some unavoidable situations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provided by you and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative station.

9. In case you found some complications in the food parcel service (e.g. shortfall /absence of any food item) while taking the delivery, just immediately intimate to us.

1. For cancellation of regular order you must report us within an hour after order confirmation. In this case to cancel your order, preferably call us and quote your order number and no cancellation fee will applied. If our vendor refuses the cancellation in the circumstances such as preparation of food parcel has been completed and/or delivery personnel have already been dispatched then the order will not be cancelled. We will not be able to give you any refund, when the food parcel has been already dispatched.

2. In case of Bulk order the order can only be cancelled at least before one day (24 hours).

3.  If the cancellation was made in time and once the vendor has accepted your cancellation, we will refund the full amount (including delivery charges you paid if any) within 14 days.

4.  If the Participating Restaurant delivers a wrong food item for which you paid online then, you have the full right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and your order amount will be refunded in your account for the missing item. If the Participating Restaurant can only do a partial food delivery (a few items might be not available), we would inform you or propose a replacement for missing items. In this case you have the full right to proceed or cancel the partial order before delivery (and get a refund if already paid online).

5.  If by any means due to late hours of Indian railways or by natural calamities, the order will get cancelled without any pre-notification.

1. Where we have requested information from you to provide Food Delivery, Goods or Services you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information.

2.  You authorize us to use, store or otherwise process your personal information in order to provide the food parcel services to you for marketing or credit control purposes (the "Purpose"). The Purpose may include the disclosure of your personal information to selected third parties from time to time where we believe that the services offered by such third parties may be of your interest or where this is required by law or in order to provide the Food Delivery, Goods or Service to you. 3. You are free to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you. Please contact us if you wish to request this information

1.   We take complaints very seriously and aim to respond to your complaints within 5 business days.

2.   The consumers are requested to give their feedback regarding the services and food of the concerned food provider/outlet so that the necessary steps in this regard can be taken by us, for improving standards of services and train food.

1.  Great care has been taken to ensure that the information available on this Website is correct and error free. We apologize for any errors or omissions that may have occurred. We cannot warrant that use of the Website will be error free or fit for purpose, timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website and we do not make any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, relating to fitness for purpose, or accuracy.

2.  By accepting these terms, you agree to relieve us from any liability whatsoever arising from your use of information from any third party, or your use of any third party website, or your consumption of any food or beverages from a Participating Restaurant.

3.  We disclaim any or all liability to you for the supply of the Food Delivery, Goods and Services to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If we are found liable for any loss or damage to you such liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant Goods or Services. We cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense, including any direct or indirect loss such as loss of profits to you, howsoever arising. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death arising as a direct result of our negligence.

4.  We do not accept any liability for any delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, viruses or other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system via our Website.

5.  We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services or delivering Goods where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is outside our reasonable control such as an act of God or those of third parties.

6.  If we have contracted to provide identical or similar order to more than one Customer and are prevented from fully meeting our obligations to you by reason of an Event of natural disaster, we may decide at our absolute discretion which orders we will fill and to what extent.

7.  The products sold by us are provided for private, domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any major loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Website or for any products or services purchased from us.

8.  We have taken all reasonable steps to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers or those of third parties.

1. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.  We may subcontract any part or parts of the Services or Goods that we provide to you from time to time and we may assign any part or parts of our rights under these Terms and Conditions without your consent or any requirement to notify you.

3.  We may alter or vary the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

4.  Payment must be made either at the time of ordering the Food Delivery, Goods or Services from us by online (credit/debit card) or at the time of delivery by cash what ever agreed between us. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your order.

5.  Do not use or launch any automated system or program in connection with our website or its online ordering functionality;

6.  Do not collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the website, use communication systems provided by the website for any commercial solicitation purposes, solicit for any reason whatsoever any users of the website with respect to their submissions to the website, or publish or distribute any vouchers or codes in connection with the website, or scrape or hack the website.

7.  The Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, any order form and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms whether expressed or implied shall form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other term or provision on the Website, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

8.  If any term or condition of our Agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties hereby agree that such term or condition shall be allowed to be deleted and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.

9.  These Terms and Conditions and our Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties are liable to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10.  No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the Agreement shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.

11. These Terms and Conditions and a contract (and all non-contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Court. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

1. If any consumer wants to cancel the order, then generally it should be canceled minimum 1 hour prior to the schedules time. In such case the refund of 75% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded, if such order is canceled minimum 2 hours before, then 80% of the amount paid in advance will be refunded. If such order is canceled before 5 hours prior to scheduled time, then 85% of the amount will be refunded. In case of any cancellation prior to 24 hours, 90% amount will be refunded. In case of bulk orders if possible the management will give additional refund discounts, after considering the deduction for payment gateways and other services etc. In case alternate order is beings placed for the equivalent or above amount, as far as possible no additional charges will be levied. However, if some additional service charges are required then the consumer will have to pay for the same.
